Membership & Use

By subscribing to Bar Bangerz, you agree to use content obtained through the service solely for professional DJ performance purposes. Redistribution, resale, file sharing, or other unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

Content & Rights

Bar Bangerz provides a promotional music service for professional DJs. Bar Bangerz does not claim ownership of the underlying musical works or recordings. Rights in those works remain with their respective artists, labels, publishers, and other rights holders.

Billing & Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically according to your selected plan until canceled. You may cancel at any time. Following cancellation, membership access continues through the end of the current paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Account Responsibility

Your membership is for your individual use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website or other appropriate means. Continued use of Bar Bangerz after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

Bar Bangerz respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how it is used in operating the service.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, login information, membership status, and account activity. We also maintain download history and related usage information necessary to operate memberships and enforce applicable download limits.

Payment information is processed by our payment providers, including Stripe and, for certain legacy memberships, PayPal. Bar Bangerz does not directly store complete payment-card information.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate and manage your membership, process and maintain account status, provide transactional communications, enforce membership and download limits, provide customer support, and maintain and improve the Bar Bangerz service.

Email Communications

If you separately subscribe to Stay in the Mix, your email address may be provided to Mailchimp for newsletter and promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate portions of the service, including Stripe for payment processing and Mailchimp for email marketing. Information is shared with service providers as necessary to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service and meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Your Choices

You may update available account information through My Account, unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link contained in those emails, or contact us regarding your account or personal information at contact@barbangerz.com.

Cookies

Bar Bangerz uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for functions such as authentication, account sessions, and site preferences. Bar Bangerz does not use third-party advertising cookies for behavioral ad targeting.
